Mustard, Pine Nut Salad Dressing

tablespoon butter
1/3 cup pine nuts
1 tablespoon salt
1 shallot, peeled & halved
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon pepper
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Roast
pine nuts. Puree pine nuts, butter, and half the salt
(with mortar and pestle or with food processor).
Add
all ingredients to a food processor (except oil). Drizzle
in oil as blending.
